Include "embl/annotations/qualifier/test_0002" test and make correct parsing of quotes (") in Genbank qualifiers

In UGENE-799 a temporary fix for incorrect parsing of multiline qualifiers were provided:

The error was that the following lines:
"/translation="MENQEVVNQLAGFEVKVSGQPLSKLPEDLYIPPDALRVFLEAFEG
PLDLLLYLIKKHNIDILDIPIAEITRQYMQFVDLMREMRIELAAEYLVMAAMLAEIKSR
LLLPRPVVEEENEQDPRAELVRRLQEYERYKKAAYDLDQLPRVGRDTFIADAAVPPMNI"

were read as "MENQEVVNQLAGFEVKVSGQPLSKLPEDLYIPPDALRVFLEAFEG PLDLLLYLIKKHNIDILDIPIAEITRQYMQFVDLMREMRIELAAEYLVMAAMLAEIKSR ..." (i.e. space characters were inserted between different lines).

Because of the temporary fixture test "embl/annotations/qualifier/test_0002" was excluded.
