[Wd] Crash if remove some element with breakpoint and restore it again

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open Preferences.
      2. The "Application Settings" dialog appears.
      3. Open the "Workflow Designer" tab.
      4. Check "Enable debugger".
      5. Click OK.
      6. Open "Unipro UGENE/data/workflow_samples/Alignment/basic_align.uwl".
      7. A workflow window appears.
      8. Set COI.aln as input.
      9. Select the "Write Alignment" element and click "Break at element".
      10. Delete this element from the scene.
      11. Add new "Write alignment" element to the scene. Make a connection from "MUSCLE" to "Write alignment".
      12. Run.
        Crash
