The scenario is identical to the scenario from bug 8064 except for the last step.
After deleting and restoring an element, you need to install breakpoint again.
Scenario:
- Open Preferences.
- The "Application Settings" dialog appears.
- Open the "Workflow Designer" tab.
- Check "Enable debugger".
- Click OK.
- Open "Unipro UGENE/data/workflow_samples/Alignment/basic_align.uwl".
- A workflow window appears.
- Set COI.aln as input.
- Select the "Write Alignment" element and click "Break at element".
- Delete this element from the scene.
- Add new "Write alignment" element to the scene. Make a connection from "MUSCLE" to "Write alignment".
- Click "Break at element" on "Write alignment".
Run.
