[Documentation] No info about messages in WD debug

      Description

      WD has a feature, information about which is not in the documentation. It is used in the issue 8078 and described in detail in the 40th podcast (5:09--6:45).

      I suggest adding a new "Investigator" page to the "Running Workflow in Debugging Mode" chapter. The page should have

      1. Screenshot of what the feature looks like.
      2. What is it for?
      3. How to open it.
      4. How to save intermediate results.
