[wd, debug] problem with getting intermediate results in workflow debugger

Scenario in UGENE-8078 describes the creation and filling of the intermediate debug results table.
Main issue pointed in this bug impossibility to convert intermediate results into a project.
 
At the same time some problem descovered if follow this scenario.

1. "Process one message" button disable if we add only one input  file COI.aln in Read Alignment, while in original scenario two alignments are used.
2. The algorithm for filling the table is not clear: if we have 2 input files, then only I can fill table only for the first alignment, for second file there are no results.
