[TEST FAIL] A result file is created when CAP3 fails

If CAP3 has been correctly executed, UGENE saves the result contig into a file and one can open it in UGENE. But if an error has occurred during the program execution, the file shouldn't be saved, as it contains incorrect data.

To reproduce the issue use the attached files as the input files and run CAP3. An error occurs during the CAP3 execution, but the result file is created in the output directory (it is not added into the current project).
