Common widget for saving annotations on the Options Panel

A common widget should be made for setting values for creation of annotation. It should work appropriately in the multi-sequence Sequence View as well.
Maybe, it would be handy for a user if the widget would should only annotation name by default (and other options are opened if selected).

Also, a selected annotation name for a sequence should be remembered by the program. For example, a user selects an annotation name for a sequence, selects another sequence in the same Sequence View, selects the first sequence => the name is correct.

This widget should be used on the "Search in Sequence" tab.
