Configuration of the Sequence View appearance

Currently, it takes too much time to configure appearance of the Sequence View.
1) Each single sequence widget has to be configured separately.
2) There are too many places where the configuration is done. For example, you:

• Show/hide a complement sequence with one button
• Show/hide a sequence details view with another menu
• Show/hide the circular view with one more button
• Have to do TOO MANY STEPS to configure displaying of translation frames. This feature is so hidden that I didn't know it exist for some time.

3) There is no way to show/hide the 3D Structure Viewer
4) There is no way to show/hide the Annotations Editor. It often takes a lot of space. This is especially uncomfortable when the sequence does not have annotations.

First of all, items 3 and 4 should be solved. After that all the options should become available on the Options Panel and be as cozy as possible.
