      Description: The Sequence View can be configured in different ways: adding transaction frames, adding lines of annotations. But these parameters are hidden in the interface.
      Scope:
      Make configuration of the Sequence View more friendly: subviews, sequence translations [depending on frames], complement sequence, etc. Create a bar on the Options Panel
