Tree branch is not collapsed when collapsed group in MSA

      Description

      1. Open "COI.aln".
      2. Build a tree, it should be in the same window as the alignment.
      3. Collapse a branch in the tree.
        Expected state: the branch and the corresponding sequences in the MSA have collapsed.
      4. Expand the sequences in the MSA.
        Expected state: the tree branch and the sequences in the MSA have expanded.
        Current state: only sequences in the MSA are expanded.
