      Description

      Description: There must be a way to organize elements of a circular view for printing.
      Scope:
      Improve circular view in a following ways:
      -Print/export to file in high quality for printing on big posters.
      -More zooming in and zooming out
      -Dragging annotations (closer to center or more far from the center)
      -Writing names of genes inside the annotation bars (not for restriction sites)
