Tree settings are not saved for subtrees

Scenario to reproduce:

1. Open "data/samples/Newick/COI.nwk".
2. Open "Tree settings" options panel tab.
3. Select any subtree.
4. Change any setting, e.g. change the font size.
   Expected state: labels in the subtree are affected with font changes.
5. Select another subtree.
   Expected state: font settings match the look of labels.
   Current state: font settings are not updated, they match the look of labels of the previous subtree.

If settings can be applied for the subtree, there should be a possibility to save and restore settings for each subtree. Also, it could be a good idea to add a "apply to whole tree" button.
