      Description

      1. Open "COI.aln"
      2. Build tree
      3. Open tree OP tab
      4. Change some settings
      5. Build tree
      6. Switch to the new tree in Tree viewer
      Current state: OP settings is not changed, state of the tree does not correspond to OP settings
      Expected state: OP settings changed to settings of the new tree
