Move 3D Structure View settings to options panel

      Description

      Create a new tab on the Options Panel. Show the tab when there is a 3D object in the opened document.

      The tab should allow one to configure the following settings:

      • Active view combo box
      • Settings form the "Display" menu, except "Export Image"
      • Links from the "Links" menu
