Move Alignment Color Scheme from Application Settings to Options Panel

      Description

      Currently you can create and modify custom color schemes of alignment in Application Settings dialog. That's bad.

      • Move the "Directory" parameter to "Directories" tab with the title "Alignment color schemes"
      • Move the left widgets into the separate dialog "Alignment Color Schemes" and remove "Alignment Color Scheme" tab from Application Settings dialog
      • Add the tool button after the Colors combo-box on the Highlighting tab on Options Panel
      • Connect dialog opening to this button
