Currently, the dialog has four pages (see the attached screenshots):
- Element Description
- Input Data / Output Data
- Parameters
- Command line template
In general, the dialog should be resized: increase its horizontal size, decrease its vertical size. And support proper resizing of the dialog.
There are should be the following pages:
- General settings
- Input data
- Parameters
- Output data
- Command
- Element appearance
- Summary
The "General settings" page should contain:
- "Element name" widgets
- "Command line tool" group
The mechanism will be implemented in terms of UGENE-6468.

It should be possible to create an element without ports (so, just pass through "Input data" and "Output data" pages, even if a user haven't added a port).
The "Command" page should only contain "Command" label and a text field for the command.
The "Element appearance" page should contain labels and text fields for "Element description on the scene" and "Detailed element description".
The "Summary" page should contain the following information:
- Element name
- Element description on the scene
- Detailed element description
- Command
