Files of SWISS-PROT format downloaded from UniProt/SWISS-PROT database can't be opened

Scenario:

1. Select "File> Access remote database" in the main menu.
2. Set the following fields in the dialog:
   • Database: SWISS-PROT;
   • Resource ID: A0N8V2.
3. Accept the dialog.
   Expected result: the file is downloaded and it could be opened in UGENE.
   Actual result: the file is downloaded, but there is an error during the opening:

   [ERROR][18:16] Task {Download remote documents} finished with error: Subtask {Load remote document and add to project} is failed: Annotation start position is empty
   

The problem is caused by changing of the file format in the database. Two files are attached to the issue: in an old format and in a new format.
